Now Hiring Warehouse Packers – Irving, TX

Hours of Work:

• Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Packer. This role is responsible for packing equipment that has passed visual inspection, ensuring all components are included, and preparing shipments for safe delivery to customers. Efficiency and accuracy are essential, as each team member plays a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to quality.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Pack equipment using appropriate materials (shrink wrap, foam, etc.) to prevent shipping damage.

• Verify all items in an order are included before shipping, using an accessory checklist.

• Conduct visual inspections to check for damages before packing.

• Select and match keyboards and mice to equipment, ensuring the correct quantity.

• Create and apply box labels for shipment scanning.

• Monitor packing supplies and notify the supervisor when stock is low.

• Perform quality control checks to reduce customer returns (RMA).

• Store tested, cleaned, packaged, and labeled products in designated areas.

• Lift and handle occasional heavy loads (up to 60 lbs).

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• At least one year of experience in a warehouse environment or a related field.

• Familiarity with JDH or other warehouse inventory systems is a plus.
