Now Hiring Accounts Receivable Clerk

Shift : Monday-Friday 8am-5pm 
Salary : $19-$22 hr based on experience

Qualifications

• Must have related work experience in credit or accounts receivable
• Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing to coworkers and customers
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must pass Criminal Background and Drug Screen

Responsibilities

• Contacts customers by phone, email, and by collections letters providing invoicing/supporting documents
• Responsible for credit and collection functions by contacting and collecting past due accounts
• Maintains and reconciles accounts receivable ledger accounts, and reports
• Reconciles disputed balances / amounts on customer accounts
