We are seeking dependable and experienced Order Pickers / Shipping & Receiving Associates to support daily distribution warehouse operations. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, shipping, and receiving materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and a safe, organized work environment.

Weekly Pay 
$17-$18 per hour starting off 

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders using pick lists, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems

• Verify items, quantities, and product numbers for accuracy

• Pack orders securely to prevent damage during shipment

• Prepare outbound shipments, including labeling, palletizing, and staging

• Load shipments onto trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)

• Ensure shipments meet carrier and company requirements

• Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against packing slips

• Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies

• Properly label and store products in designated warehouse locations

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, order picking, or shipping/receiving experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

• Basic math and reading skills

• Experience with RF scanners or WMS systems a plus

• Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred (not required).
