We are looking to add a Counter Sales Rep in our Carrollton location!

Pay Rate - $18
Schedule - Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM (some Saturday's as needed)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers at the counter, providing prompt and friendly service.
  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products by offering guidance and answering questions regarding product features, prices, and availability.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems, including cash, credit card, and check payments.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, promotions, and company policies to provide customers with the most accurate information.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves or displays as needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner, aiming for a positive resolution.
  • Assist in managing product displays and ensuring the sales area remains clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Process special orders and follow up with customers as needed to ensure product availability and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inventory as required.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet sales goals and promote company initiatives.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including securing cash, balancing registers, and ensuring the store is ready for business operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager or Supervisor.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other sales tools.
  • Ability to operate basic office equipment (e.g., phone, computer, fax, etc.).
