We are currently seeking a skilled HOA Coordinator to join our team and help manage our interactions with HOAs across our portfolio of single-family rental homes.
Shift: 6AM-2:30PM Mon-Fri
Pay: $20.00
Length: 3 Months+
Position Overview: The HOA Coordinator will serve as the primary liaison between various homeowners' associations. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with HOA rules and regulations, addressing HOA-related concerns, and managing community relations effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of HOA operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- HOA Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between homeowners' associations, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Compliance Management: Ensure all rental properties comply with HOA rules and regulations. Monitor property conditions and address any violations or issues promptly.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of HOA correspondence, violations, and compliance status. Prepare and present reports on HOA-related activities and issues to management.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts or disputes between tenants and HOAs, ensuring that all parties are treated fairly and that resolutions are in line with company policies and HOA regulations.
- Property Inspections: Coordinate and conduct regular inspections of rental properties to ensure they meet HOA standards. Address any maintenance or repair issues identified during inspections.
- Communication: Regularly update tenants on HOA rules, regulations, and any changes that may affect them. Facilitate communication between tenants and HOAs to ensure smooth operations.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the property management team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating HOA-related activities, and assisting with the preparation of documentation.
- Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with HOA boards and members. Represent the company at HOA meetings and community events as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in property management, HOA coordination, or a related field.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of HOA rules and regulations, property management principles, and conflict resolution techniques.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software.
- Education: Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
