Position: Director of Nursing

Location: Flagstaff, Arizona
Schedule: Flexible – 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
(Final schedule TBD based on Administrator's needs; overtime may be required)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Area Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations and ensure top-quality care within our long-term care facilities in the Flagstaff area. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, compliance knowledge, and hands-on experience in long-term care.

Requirements:

• Active RN License in the State of Arizona

• Minimum of 2 years Long-Term Care experience (required)

• Proven leadership and communication skills in a healthcare setting

• Ability to work flexible hours as needed

• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card

• OIG/SAM Name Clearance Check

• Valid CPR/BLS Certification

• 2-Step TB Skin Test (current and required)

• RN License/Certification

• Hepatitis B Vaccination or signed declination

• COVID-19 Vaccination or signed declination

• Completed Agency Skills Assessment Packet
