School Bus Driver – $21.00/HR (Will Train to Obtain CDL) 
North Phoenix | 30–34 hours weekly 

We are hiring reliable and safety-conscious School Bus Drivers to join our team. No CDL? No problem—we provide paid training to help you obtain your CDL license. 

Pay & Schedule: 

• $21.00 per hour 

• 30–34 hours per week 

• Split shifts (morning & afternoon routes) 

Job Duties: 

• Safely operate a school bus along designated routes 

• Pick up and drop off students at assigned locations on time 

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections 

• Maintain student safety and enforce bus rules during transport 

• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff 

• Report any mechanical issues or incidents promptly 

• Keep accurate records of mileage, inspections, and route logs 

Requirements: 

• Must be at least 21 years of age 

• Clean driving record 

• Ability to pass background check & drug screening 

• Must obtain and maintain a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card 

• Must have valid CPR/First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain before starting) 

• Strong commitment to safety and punctuality
