Join our growing TEAM! We are searching for an experienced Cook for a medical facility located in Carthage, TX

Monday - Friday + every other weekend - rotating shift 8:30am-5:30pm/6:30am-3pm

Must be available to work the rotating shift hours above be applying

Rate of pay: $15

Position Details:

• Prepare, cook, and plate meals for patients, staff, and special events, following specific recipes and portion guidelines. 
• Follow all sanitation and food safety protocols, including temperature control, proper storage, and maintaining a clean work area.
• Monitor and order food supplies, and track inventory to ensure freshness and availability.
• Assist in other areas/ or duties as assigned. 

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is required
• Proficient in cooking and food prep techniques
• Strong understanding od food safety, sanitation, and nutrition
• Ability to read and follow recipes and dietary instructions accurately
• Knowledge of operation of kitchen equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to pass a nationwide background check and a drug screening test
