Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – PRN
Location: ASVH – Flagstaff Az
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM–6:30 PM) | PRN (must work at least 3 shifts/month)
Pay: $40–$44/hour
40 hrs/week not guaranteed
Position Overview
The LPN provides direct nursing care to residents, administers medications and treatments, monitors conditions, and ensures accurate documentation in line with physician orders, nursing standards, and facility policies.
Key Duties

Administer meds & treatments (oral, enteral, injections, wound care, trach/g-tube care, catheter care, etc.)

Monitor resident conditions & report changes

Participate in shift reports & care planning

Maintain accurate documentation

Support Quality Assurance & staff meetings
