Summary:
The Director of Nursing oversees all nursing operations to ensure quality care, regulatory compliance, and staff management in a long-term care setting.
Requirements:

Active RN License in Arizona

Long-Term Care experience required

Prior leadership/supervisory experience preferred

Strong knowledge of LTC regulations and clinical standards
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support nursing staff

Oversee care planning and clinical documentation

Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations
