Now seeking an experienced Inside Sales Support Specialist for a Distribution Facility located in Farmers Branch, TX.

The Inside Sales Support Specialist provides administrative and operational support to the sales team to drive revenue growth and ensure excellent customer service. This role focuses on managing customer accounts, processing orders, and assisting with sales activities related to cleaning and sanitation products.

Shift Hours : Monday -Friday from 8am – 5pm.
Pay Rate: $21-$24 Based on experience 
Weekly Pay

Key Responsibilities: 

• Support the sales team with daily operations, including order entry, tracking, and follow-up
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in the system
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines
• Must have experiences with managing accounts and placing orders for customers
• Accuracy in data entry and keen attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support
• Experience in janitorial, sanitation, or cleaning product industry is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
