Location: Tulsa, OK
Facility: Saint Francis Health System – Yale Campus
Schedule: Full-Time | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 Hours per Week
Position Type: Direct Hire
Pay & Incentives
- Starting pay: $33.15/hour (higher rates based on years of experience)
- $6.00/hour Critical Care Differential
- $4.00/hour Night Shift Differential beginning at 7:00 PM
- Additional $0.25/hour Differential beginning at 11:00 PM
- $10,000 Relocation Assistance available with a 2-year service commitment
About the Role
Saint Francis Health System is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Critical Care Float Pool team. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple critical care units, providing exceptional patient care while supporting hospital-wide staffing needs.
As a Critical Care Float Pool RN, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for critically ill patients while collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver outstanding outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Monitor and document patient conditions, treatments, and responses.
- Provide age-appropriate, culturally sensitive patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare team members.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and hospital performance goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Float between designated critical care areas as needed.
Qualifications
Required
- Current Oklahoma RN License or Compact/Multi-State RN License.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Critical Care or Emergency Department experience.
- Current or recent experience in one or more of the following:
- ICU
- CVICU
- MICU
- SICU
- Neuro ICU
- Emergency Department (ER/ED)
Preferred
- Experience working in multiple critical care environments.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced, high-acuity settings.
