We believe every member deserves a strong start on their recovery journey. As an Intake Specialist, you’ll be one of the first welcoming faces our members meet. Your role is essential in ensuring they feel supported, informed, and ready to begin treatment with confidence.

What You’ll Do

• Guide members through the intake process with care and compassion.

• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and orientation to program expectations.

• Explain rights, responsibilities, and available resources in a clear, supportive way.

• Partner with our clinical team to ensure a smooth transition into care.

• Stay engaged with ongoing training and professional development.

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.

• 4+ years of behavioral health experience (intake & treatment planning).

• Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills.

• Comfortable using MS Office, EHR systems, and technology.

• CPR/First Aid and crisis de-escalation certification.

• Must meet standard screenings: background check, TB test.
