Job Title: Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)

Pay: $17 hour

Job Description:
We are currently hiring a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to work with children in a supportive and structured environment. This role focuses on helping children develop positive behaviors, coping skills, and daily living skills through individualized behavior plans.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support to children

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed

• Monitor, document, and report progress

• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and structured environment

• Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and team members

Requirements:

• Experience working with children preferred

• CPR & First Aid Certification

• Current TB Screening

• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card

• Physical examination clearance
