Bagger Machine Operator

Location: West Phoenix - 43rd and Thomas
Schedule: Monday 7am-4:30PM
Pay: $17.00

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bagger Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to quality and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate and independently adjust the Bagger Machine to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.

• Verify correct bag type is used for each product, following both verbal and written instructions.

• Monitor bag weights visually to confirm compliance with specifications; make machine adjustments as necessary.

• Ensure accurate and legible printing of process orders and expiration dates on all bags.

• Promptly report any deviations or malfunctions to the supervisor and/or maintenance to ensure timely corrective actions.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bagging area at all times.

• Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall production and quality standards.
   
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English and Spanish is helpful, but not required.

The Dry Mix Room environment is typically climate controlled of 80ºF to 100ºF and dirty, with more than normal air contaminants, such as cement dust, typically found in a dry mix room environment
