Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Night Shift Only

Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for our night shift team. This position requires a commitment to three 12-hour shifts per week for a minimum of 13 weeks. We have six openings available for this crucial role in providing exceptional patient care.
 

Work Schedule:

• Shifts: Night Shift Only
• Commitment: 3 x 12-hour shifts weekly
• Duration: Minimum of 13 weeks

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Standard Nursing Procedures: Carry out standard nursing procedures as ordered by healthcare providers.
• Patient Education: Provide health-related education tailored to patient needs.
• Medication Administration: Administer medications and complete related pharmacological procedures accurately and safely.
• Data Collection: Collect data for the assessment of care needs, report findings, and implement appropriate nursing interventions under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or healthcare provider.
• Patient Monitoring: Monitor patient progress, report outcomes, and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
• Documentation: Complete and process all required documentation in a comprehensive and objective manner.

Qualifications:

• Licensing: Must provide a copy of a current, valid, unrestricted license as an LPN issued by the Arizona State Board of Nursing or a participating Compact State.
• Verification: Must provide a copy of a current, completed PSV from the National Council of State Boards of Nursing obtained via Nursys.
• Fit Testing: Must provide a copy of current, completed fit testing for N95 particulate respirators.
• First Aid Certification: Must provide a copy of current, completed First Aid Certification.
• Experience: Minimum of one year of past work experience as an LPN.
