Duties and Responsibilities:

• Stack 5–40 lb bags neatly on pallets.

• Watch for quality issues (improperly tied bags, foreign objects, etc.).

• Start/stop the line as needed and report any safety hazards.

• Keep work area clean following company cleaning schedule.

• Follow all company policies and ethical standards.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Operating Responsibilities:

• Make basic decisions like stopping the line for safety or quality issues.

• Always work in a safe and responsible way.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED.

• Basic math and reading skills.

• Able to lift up to 45 lbs during a 12-hour shift.

• Work in 45–60°F environment.

• Physically able to perform repetitive tasks and occasional standing/walking.
