Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Carrollton, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $23/hr and up
 

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead and support our warehouse team. This role ensures compliance with safety and operational procedures, supervises staff, maintains inventory accuracy, and delivers excellent customer service both internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse staff, including delivery drivers

• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company procedures

• Train employees on equipment and processes

• Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organization

• Communicate effectively with management and staff

• Improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness

• Support warehouse operations and perform other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)

• 3–5 years warehouse experience preferred

• Certified forklift operator

• Proficient in inventory software and Microsoft Office

• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in moderate to loud warehouse environment

Physical Demands:

• Standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and operating forklifts

• Work in various warehouse conditions, including high/noisy areas
