LPN Urgent Need !!! Yuma, AZ 85365 Area 
Pay Range: $42–$44/hour
Schedule: Night Shift | 12-hour shifts, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM

• 2-week rotation: 38 hours one week, 48 hours the next

• Every other weekend required
  Openings: 2 Positions Available

Position Summary:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at the Yuma VA facility, you’ll provide skilled, compassionate care to geriatric residents. Under RN or physician supervision, you’ll administer medications, monitor patient conditions, assist with ADLs, and guide CNAs and fellow LPNs. This role includes leadership responsibilities when acting as charge nurse.

Key Duties:

• Deliver medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor and document resident conditions

• Supervise and assist staff with daily care

• Support care planning, assessments, and documentation

• Participate in staff training, quality improvement (QAPI), and AMS practices

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license (Arizona)

• Strong knowledge of geriatric nursing and team-based care

• Effective communication and leadership skills
