Job Title: Warehouse General Laborer

Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as a Warehouse General Laborer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks to support warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and smooth processes. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Work Schedule: This is a full-time position working 7a-330p. 

Pay: $15.50.hour (Paid weekly)

Responsibilities:

1. Loading and Unloading:

   • Safely load and unload materials from trucks, ensuring proper handling and storage.
   • Utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment as needed.

2. Inventory Management:

   • Assist in counting, sorting, and organizing inventory.
   • Report any discrepancies or damages to the warehouse supervisor.

3. Order Picking and Packing:

   • Accurately pick and pack orders based on provided lists.
   • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring they are properly labeled and packaged.

4. Cleaning and Maintenance:

   • Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
   • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions.

5. Quality Control:

   • Inspect products for defects and report any issues to the supervisor.
   • Ensure that all products meet quality standards before shipment.

6. Collaboration:

   • Work cooperatively with team members to achieve warehouse goals.
   • Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and protocols.
