Shift: Monday - Friday 1^st shift and Swing Shift available
Pay: $20 per hour

Responsibilities:
 

• Configuring equipment and calibrating gauge settings

• Recognizing condition of dies

• Loading materials onto the equipment

• Feeding material through die

• Positioning and removing parts from the die

• Keeping a record of operational data

• Performing routine equipment maintenance

• Operating punch press machines to cut, shape and form metal and other materials

• Monitoring machine during operation to detect malfunctions and make necessary adjustments

• Performing preventative maintenance of machines and equipment

• Maintaining accurate records of production

• Setting up and operating punch presses to cut, shape, or form metal or plastic parts

• Adjusting machine settings to complete tasks accurately

• Aligning and securing holding fixtures, cutting tools, and materials onto machines

• Loading programs and raw materials into machines

• Inspecting finished parts for conformance to specifications

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience working on an punch press or similar line .
• High school diploma / GED / or equivalent preferred.
• Candidate should possess ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Long periods of time standing, stooping, sitting,
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
