We are seeking an experienced Service Manager for a mechanical construction firm. This is a full-time positions that requires optimum performance from a professional knowledgeable of the service industry. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, superior knowledge about HVAC/Plumbing systems and business development skills.

Essential Duties
1. Manage the day to day operations of the HVAC/Plumbing department.
2. Ensure safety standards are met by all employees and contractors.
3. Review bids from contractors and select one that meet company's expectations with budget in mind.
4. Oversee the installation of new systems or equipment to ensure it is installed properly.
5. Maintain, develop and retain new business opportunities.
